Wendigo House

Students get their own room.

There are bones hanging from the ceiling in every room, even skulls mounted on walls.

Rooms are hardwood-flooring each with a highly soft rug by a fireplace made of pelts.

Rooms also include bookcases, desks, a large veiled bed (Veils are made of enchanted spider-thread), storage trunk, a large enchanted cabinet to store only school supplies, individual bathrooms with Wizard-space, temperature control enchanted to already suit the student of each room, enchanted full-body mirror to show any angle of the individual before it with a second enchantment for it to offer hints and tips along with reminders.

All students are granted luxury care and custom options for their rooms (Probably due to the Wendigo), but are also required to add their own touch to their rooms.

The commonroom is strangely bright and it encourages social and civil communication as often as possible.

The commonroom is also equipped with a Floo for House-elves along with the Squonk-unique Fae Attendants.

All students are personally assigned their own House-elf and their own Fae Attendant.

The Wendigo's forest surrounds the school, but it has a den near the dorms hidden somewhere, but the bones and pelts are a giveaway.

The dorms are also surrounded by odd idols constructed by the Wendigo and placed carefully as some form of warding system to keep students of its House safe, even from itself.

The dorms also have a ridiculously vast underground cave system that acts as a massive vault containing all history and knowledge since Squonk began. (Started by the Wendigo itself.)

Lepisapien House

Two students per room.

Designed to be fairly easy to navigate and akin to barracks for the military, because it was one long ago.

Rooms are kept warm at all times by warming charms and directly connected to the bedroom are a set of vents that lead into the commonroom.

The commonroom has special lamps, racks, and shelves for equipment to tinker with things and a workstation, but above all it has a large area where the Mothman lurks and watches over students at night.

Students are allowed outside at night if they are of the Lepisapien House, thanks to their Guardian, the Mothman.

The dorm also has the mail tower for all mail to be held, meaning Lepisapien House gets their mail before anyone else and are responsible for caring for messengers.

Snawfus House

Three students per room.

Dorm rooms are in ancient trees to hold them high off the ground with lots of stone throughout the dorms, be it for fireplaces or walls and floors.

Rooms each are decorated with a sliding glass door that gives students a space to stand outside since each room has a balcony with an awning.

Rooms are designed to let in light and all bedrooms are decorated with plants of various kinds.

Commonroom has a warm fireplace and an area to dry herbs or prepare ingredients for medical means, it is all an intersection for the students.

The Snawfus himself tends to be around the dorms during the morning hours, because he wakes the students of his House by his loud call of "Halley-loo! Halley-loo!".

The first Saturday of October is celebrated by the students as "Snawfus Day".

Hoop House

Four students per room.

Akin to a log-cabin with how homely and warm it is.

Rooms are a bit underground and kept cool at all time.

Commonroom is decorated with snake skin in the rafters.

The Hoop Snake, at night, is found coiled in its den near the dorm.

Outside, around the dorms, are Hoop Snakes, only they are much smaller than their elder that the House is known for.
